Mental pain is something that isn’t as curable as physical pain. However, expression of that pain can help soothe the soul. Time heals all wounds. Everyone should have an outlet of how they release the mental pain in life. If you do not have one, find something that distracts you from the world but helps you grow at the same time and turn it into passion.
